Kizuna recently opened in the midst of the circuit breaker situation in Singapore and somehow became a smash hit in the little neighbourhood of Potong Pasir that I've called my second home for the better part of the last 5 years.
Its irrepressible charm is by no means an accident, but Rice Media have much better writers than this space, so read their story here.
