They say you can't choose your family, but that's just something uttered by people with no imagination.

Some friends do become blood through our honorary lord and saviour, Christina Tosi. We're sorry but we're renaming your apple truffles to Apple Pie Bomb because we're Singaporean like that.

Jokes aside, every day I'm thankful for these folk who somehow find it in them to invite me to things like this involving meats and cakes. You wouldn't believe me if I told you this was singularly the most tender and succulent turkey I've had in my life but that is the truth.

I would step on LEGO pieces for all of you.
