Amber Ember

A stone's throw away from where we live, Amber Ember proved an unassuming hit the morning we were there. Pretty sure the proprietors weren't even expecting us going by our conversations.

The best kind. LOL.

Their eggs were delicious on sourdough bread, so that's that. It was also the first time I've tried jaffles outside of the one time in Sydney and I gladly report that I would fight anyone who didn't like theirs. The purple sweet potato mash was also a delight.

You probably didn't come here needing to know this but I have no clue how to appreciate coffee the way I do tea, but this establishment serves them lattes with Minor Figures Oat Milk and
